Leo:  This handsome DEW is another nippy little boy who came to us
at about the same time as Tiny. He doesn’t bite too hard, but he bites
often. He and Tiny are the only two ferrets (so far) that I’ve been
unable to train out of biting. He’s deaf, he’s happy, he’s playful, and I
suspect he’s rather dumb. He gives kisses and loves you one second,
then chomps on your leg the next. He’s been discouraged every way I
know how (and some I made up on the spot) but Leo doesn’t seem to
remember from day to day that poking holes in his people’s skin is not
an approved activity. He loves running through tubes, hiding stuffed
animals, wrestling with his buddies, and trying to drag humans off by
the pant leg. He likes mice, too, and would love a Rodent Pro gift
certificate to get more of those crunchy delicacies. He likes N-bones,
too, for those squeamish Santas out there. You can tell from his photo
he’s a happy boy and doesn’t think he’s doing anything wrong by
